Description
The Ancients envisioned the entire cosmos in the form of a tree whose roots grow deep in the ground, branches reaching high into the heavens. The front cover of The Celtic Tree of Life is deeply soul-moving iconic art designed by Jen Delyth and is featured on this 5×7 inch journal. Jen’s art is an ancient and beautiful symbol of the interconnection of all things. The interlacing branches symbolize the Celtic belief in the continuity of life and to some the interconnected branches of generations of family. On the back cover is The World Tree of Norse Mythology, the Giant Ash tree that links and connects all the known worlds, the earth below, and the heaven above. Some folks have written to us stating how the design on the back makes them think of the 4 branches of their own life, youth, middle age and the passage into old age. Approximately 150 sheets (300/2 sides) pages of premium handmade pure linen/cotton parchment paper of archival quality. Brass latch to close the journal, top-grade vegetable-tanned leather. Produced by Poetic Earth under exclusive license.
