Description
This beautiful journal cover actually has 2 distinct images in one, turn it one way and you see the owl, flip it upside down and the owl becomes the maiden of the forest. She was created by a wizard’s spell from stone and flowers – beautiful and fragrant as the wildflowers from which she was sculpted. They tried to control her and dictate to her how she should live, but she refused to accept being ruled over her. She follows her true nature and desire for independence and in doing so is turned into an owl – a solitary bird of the night. Owl’s keen sight penetrates the night with an intuitive vision for she must be her own seeker of truth, a guide through the darkness, she is set free within her love of the forest as flies above protecting her domain and offering a balance between civilization and the wilds of the wilderness. Approximately 150 sheets (300/2 sides) pages of premium handmade pure linen/cotton parchment paper of archival quality. Brass latch to close the journal. Produced by Poetic Earth under exclusive license.
